Which sportstation company is responsible for processing your personal data depends on how you interact with our sites and apps and where you are in the world. The relevant sportstation companies are referred to as "sportstation" or "we".

Social network information, including login credentials and any information about your public posts about sportstation or your communications with us.
When interacting with our pages and apps, data is automatically collected by the technical platforms that enable the user experience and shared with sportstation. For example, your web browser or mobile device can share certain data with sportstation because these devices interact with sportstation pages or apps. More information about these operations is provided in the "Cookies and Pixel Tags" section below. This data includes:
Device identification numbers, call status, network address, memory information, and battery information

We can use the running results to calculate further information about your activity, such as running distance, reaction times, dribbling technique, sprint speeds, coordination, so that the calculated information can be provided to you as part of the functionality of the app.
In order to use certain functions within our sites, apps and services, you will in many cases have to provide sportsstation with additional data or give additional consent to use the data in a certain way. For example, to share content on social media, you will be required to provide your social media account credentials.
To communicate information about our products, services, events and for other promotional purposes
If you create a sportstation user account, we may use the information you provide to us and information from other sportstation sources, such as your use of the sportstation pages and apps, your visits or your participation in sportstation events or competitions (possibly by other sportstation group companies or Cooperation partners) to send you personalized messages about products and services that may be of interest to you. Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your express consent before processing or sharing your personal information with third parties to provide you with information about sportstation, products, services or events that may be of interest to you.

If sportstation has activated IP anonymisation, Google will first abbreviate your IP address in the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there.
